Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all coaching and mentoring services offered by Tina Petruschat , trading as Deevo-Global, LLC (“Coach”), to individuals or organizations (“Client”).
By booking or participating in a service, the Client confirms that she has read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Type of Service

Coaching, mentoring, workshops, group programs, and lectures using the CFPP Code™ are designed for personal and professional development.
These services can be offered online or in person and are available to both individuals and organizations.
These services are not a substitute for psychological counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric, or medical treatment .
Tina Petruschat is not a licensed psychotherapist or physician and does not provide diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions

All sessions, discussions, and materials are designed to promote awareness, growth, and self-determined action. Results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibility

The client bears full responsibility for her own well-being, decisions, and actions during and after the coaching process.
Coaching supports reflection and personal responsibility; however, the implementation of the insights gained rests solely with the client

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent , unless disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm to the client or others

Communication via email, telephone, Zoom or other online tools involves technical data protection risks that the client accepts by using these platforms.

Deevo-Global, LLC complies with the applicable data protection laws in the countries where the services are provided.

Session format & fees

Coaching and mentoring sessions typically take place online (e.g., via Zoom, telephone, or another agreed-upon platform).
In addition, Deevo-Global, LLC also offers in-person coaching and workshops , as well as group programs, lectures, retreats, and other events , provided these are announced and available for booking.

Current prices and booking conditions are listed on the official website or specified individually in the offer or contract.
All services must be paid in advance via the provided secure payment system, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sessions or programs booked in advance retain their price even if rates change later.
Travel expenses or other incidental costs for in-person events will be agreed upon separately, if applicable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment
. For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the session is forfeited and no refund will be issued .
Should the coach need to reschedule a session, this will be done with reasonable advance notice and a new appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible

For group events, workshops, or lectures, rebookings are only possible within the framework of the applicable terms and conditions of participation.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer due to force majeure (e.g., illness, travel restrictions), an alternative date will be offered or the participation fee will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for sessions or programs that have not yet started .
Once a session or program has started, fees are non-refundable .
If the collaboration is terminated prematurely by either party, unused, prepaid sessions will be refunded

For booked workshops, group programs, or events, the cancellation policies stated in the offer or on the website apply.
Individually arranged appearances or speaking engagements are generally non-refundable once the date has been confirmed.

Between Sessions

The coach may suggest reflection or practice exercises between sessions.
These are voluntary, but can significantly support progress if implemented independently

Disclaimer

The client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process and agrees that Deevo-Global, LLC and Tina Petruschat cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage—whether financial, emotional, or otherwise—arising from participation in coaching or from any actions (or omissions) taken thereunder.
By booking, the client releases the coach and Deevo-Global, LLC from all claims related to these services.

For in-person events, the client is responsible for taking appropriate self-care and following the instructions of the coach or event leader.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk; liability for property damage or personal injury is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Ethical Boundaries

CFPP Coaching™ focuses on self-leadership, inner balance, and personal alignment.
It does not include therapy, medical advice, or financial advice .
If clinical or specialized support is needed, a recommendation can be made

Changes to the Terms

Deevo-Global, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, including pricing and refund policies, at any time.
Material changes will be announced at least seven (7) days in advance via email or website notice.
Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA .
All disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that State

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
Deevo-Global, LLC is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
